Effectively the same as the Type 91 Rifle grenade with the bottom tube removed, the Type 97 was the standard grenade used by the Japanese during WWII. with the tube removed, the Japanese Type 97 hand grenade could not be fired from a rifle. Like the British No. 69, it explodes on contact.
